Zachary Delaney is an American director, cinematographer, editor, and producer working in independent film and in the development of cinematic projects inspired by Orthodox Christian spirituality. He is the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Logos Cinema.
With a professional background in video production and cinematography, Delaney has worked as a director, cinematographer, and editor, developing a particular interest in the intersection of cinema, storytelling, and spiritual experience. His filmography includes St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church 75th Anniversary Documentary (2024), co-directed with Andrew Stokich, which explores the history of an Orthodox community in Phoenix, Arizona.
In 2025, Zachary Delaney directed the short film The Eleventh Hour, which he also co-wrote with Andrew Stokich, while serving as cinematographer and editor. Inspired by St. John Chrysostom's Paschal Homily and the symbolic image of the “eleventh hour,” the film explores themes of repentance, grace, redemption, and the possibility of returning to God.
Through Logos Cinema, which he co-founded with Andrew Stokich, Delaney seeks to develop a cinematic space in which the Orthodox tradition can engage with contemporary forms of visual storytelling. Their approach is grounded in the conviction that stories shape the way people see the world, understand themselves, and recognize what is meaningful.
