Diana Busuioc Angelson is a Romanian-American actress, director, screenwriter and producer, born in Ploiești, Romania. 

Diana was accepted simultaneously to three faculties: Theater at the National University of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography (UNATC) in Bucharest, Orthodox Theology and French Language. This multidisciplinary training strengthened the foundation of her artistic career. Subsequently, he obtained a scholarship to the prestigious Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Los Angeles, where he honed his acting skills and began to get involved in various film and theater projects. 

In the US she worked in various film projects including:

- "Armenia, My Love..." (2016) - a movie exploring the history and suffering of the Armenian people. 

- "Auschwitz" (2015) - a movie dealing with the tragedy of the Holocaust. 

- "The Second Coming of Christ" (2018) - a religious-themed movie.

-"Alexandra" (2025) - a movie inspired by the tragic events in Caracal, Romania, in which Diana was the director, screenwriter and lead actress. The movie is dedicated to the memory of Alexandra Măceșanu and Luissa Melencu. It was made as a manifesto to raise awareness of child safety issues and the need for empathy in society.

In 2014, Diana founded the film production company Christa Films, and in 2018 she founded Maria Theater Company, with the aim of promoting Romanian culture and addressing universal themes through theater performances. 

She currently lives in Los Angeles, USA, with her family. She was nominated in the Top 100 Romanians Abroad 2024, a RePatriot project that recognizes the significant contributions of Romanians in the Diaspora. 

In addition to her artistic work, Diana is known for her involvement in social and educational projects, including her work with A.R.A.S. (Romanian Anti-AIDS Association), where she has taught HIV/AIDS classes in high schools.
