Doctorate in Cinematography and Media (2008), with the work Eastern European Cultural Interferences in the work of Serghei Paradjanov. Graduate of the Faculty of Film - UNATC, Audiovisual Communication Section, with the work Aspects of the sacred in the work of Andrei Tarkovski.
Main areas of expertise: filmology, film and art criticism, cultural journalism, cultural history and theory, film theory, audiovisual anthropology, sacred aesthetics, art-religion dialogue, science-religion, Church-society.
Member of UCIN and FIPRESCI. He has more than 48 works in collective volumes and specialized publications from Romania and abroad.
