"Mountain of the Transfiguration. St. Sava of Serbia" is a 2016 documentary film directed by Hadži-Aleksandar Đurović, which explores the life and spiritual legacy of St. Sava, the founder of the Serbian Orthodox Church and one of the most important figures in the medieval history of Serbia. 

The film traces the most significant events in the life of St. Sava, the first Serbian archbishop, emphasizing his essential role in the formation of the religious and national identity of the Serbian people. Key moments are presented such as:

- Giving up the princely life and choosing monasticism;

- Founding the Hilandar Monastery on Mount Athos;

- Obtaining autocephaly of the Serbian Orthodox Church;

- Contribution to the consolidation of the Serbian Kingdom.

The documentary was filmed in authentic locations associated with the life of St. Sava and includes rare historical footage and relics presented for the first time on screen. This approach gives the film a profound authenticity and documentary value.
