Synopsis: At the beginning of the 20th century, two dramatic realities leave their mark on families in the Serbian countryside: the departure of men across the ocean to the United States of America in search of work and a better life, and the outbreak of the First World War, which brings a new and painful separation. Against the backdrop of these hardships, the historical drama Riches speaks of longing for the homeland, sacrifice, and hope, but above all, about the true wealth that people can hold onto when almost everything is taken from them: family, love, and the bond with those left behind at home.
